Supports and promotes company initiatives and compliance with federal, state and other regulatory standards by providing a wide variety of highly responsible and complex administrative services in accordance with the mission and purpose of the organization. Responsible for conducting and supporting internal auditing functions across various departments, including financial aid, and completes comprehensive reports to be shared with the campus and institutional leadership. Assists with regulatory reporting, applications and compliance. Reviews internal and external communications and marketing materials to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and operational requirements.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Minimum and Preferred Qualifications
Functional knowledge of federal financial aid regulations and compliance strongly preferred.General understanding of higher education federal regulations (e.g., ADA, FERPA, Title IX) required.Functional knowledge of state authorization regulations (e.g. BPPE, THECB, CIE) preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Advanced research skills preferred.
Experience disbursing aid and calculating R2T4 preferred.
Previous experience in auditing, quality assurance, or university administration preferred.
